When you submit reviews or comments, we store your review text, rating, and any images you choose to upload. We automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device operating system, referring website URLs, and pages you visit on our platform. If you choose to sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data to operate NetSkill, manage your account, track course progress, issue certificates, improve our platform, and communicate important updates.

More specifically, we use the information we collect to create and maintain your user account, authenticate your login sessions, and secure your account against unauthorized access. We track your progress through courses so that you can resume lessons where you left off and receive accurate completion records for certificate issuance. We analyze aggregated platform usage data to identify popular courses, improve our curriculum, fix bugs, and enhance the overall user experience. We may send you service-related emails such as account verification links, password reset instructions, and notifications about certificate awards. We do not use your data for targeted advertising or sell it to third-party marketing companies. With your consent, we may display your name and review content publicly on the platform to help other learners make informed decisions about courses.
